The birthplace of the Bellini and what has become a global hospitality brand, Cipriani, Harry's Bar is a legendary place. Deservedly so, in my opinion. Whilst it is comically extortionate - think main courses priced above 70 euros - it is like stepping into a time capsule. Harry's Bar is the antidote to tasteless establishments like Nikki Beach that have come to dominate high end eating and drinking. It is the original and iconic place and, with so few tables, I can see why the family would want to monetise such a fabled restaurant in this manner. Come prepared to be ripped off, order the carpaccio and you will enjoy it greatly.
