All customer orders are subject to these terms and conditions. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. Tom Cridland may change these terms and conditions of sale at any time by posting changes on this website, and without giving you notice. Please check the terms and conditions of sale on the Tom Cridland website before placing any orders, as the terms and conditions of sale current at the time of your order will apply to your order.

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales and agree that any lawsuit must be heard in those courts. If any provision of these terms and conditions of sale is held to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid, those provisions will not affect the balance of these terms and conditions.

Tom Cridland has no liability (including liability in negligence) to you or any other person for any loss or damage (consequential or otherwise) however suffered or incurred in relation to the Products or caused by or resulting directly or indirectly from the Products or from any failure, breakdown, defect or deficiency of any nature in the Products.

Important information on worldwide customs and import duties

United States

Free delivery orders to the United States will be delivered 'duty paid'.

For United States orders below $350 in value, the customer will be liable for any customs & excise charges.

Canada

Orders under $18 CAD will not be charged any customs or import duties.

Orders $18 CAD and over will be subject to custom charges, which must be paid by the customer.

Australia

Orders under $1000 AUD will not be charged any customs or import duties.

Orders $1000 AUD and over will be subject to custom charges, which must be paid by the customer.

New Zealand

Orders under $400 NZD will not be charged any customs or import duties.

Orders $400 NZD and over will be subject to custom charges, which must be paid by the customer.

Your order will be acknowledged by an Order Confirmation message which allows you to make a final review of your order, including your payment reference giving details as registered by our system.
 
Prices
 
Our prices, delivery charges and the availability of stock are published on this website. The price and delivery charges payable are those in force at the time of your order. We may change our prices and charges from time to time. We will inform you if our actual prices and charges are different from those stated on your order form. If the prices and charges are higher than on your order form, you may cancel your order. If the prices and charges are lower than on your order form, we will charge you the lower prices and charges.

Tom Cridland may refuse to accept or execute any order or request transmitted by you, without giving any reason.
 
We reserve the right to obtain validation of any credit or debit card details before accepting any order.

Tom Cridland respects and safeguards all the personal information of our customers.

The data from your order may be stored and used for customer care and to process orders (e.g. we usually tell our couriers your phone number as this can help with delivery). Otherwise we will not pass on your data to third parties other than required by law to government or regulatory bodies.

The email address is used for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one), and for newsletter subscriptions if you choose to subscribe.

You can end your registration at any time. Any request concerning personal data should be e-mailed to customerservices@tomcridland.co.uk.

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy


You can cancel any purchase and receive a full refund by emailing us at customerservices@tomcridland.co.uk within 14 days of having received your order. 
You can also exchange any Tom Cridland product by emailing us within 14 days of having received your order. 

How to Return or Exchange your Order

Please note that items must be returned, complete with any original packaging and with all of the product tags intact. Items must be in a saleable condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, and packaged neatly - we are unable to accept items which are returned in a crumpled state. Please also enclose a note, giving a reason why your item is being returned.

For any returns from outside the EU please state on any description or customs declaration that they are returns. This is important to avoid customs duty; we are unable to accept delivery of returns where this has not been stated if duty is then payable by us.

Be sure to email to confirm the refund before sending back your goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning them to us, unless there is a defect with the item, in which case we will cover the cost of postage.

We process refunds and exchanges in the order that they are received.  As such, we aim to issue refunds within 30 days of us receiving them.
