The Natural Dry Skin Cream is created from a base of polysorbate 20, cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, phenoxyethanol, water and vitamin E oil.
Polysorbate 20 is known to have a soothing effect on the skin. Cetearyl alcohol is often used to soften the skin. Glyceryl stearate is derived from palm kernel, vegetable or soy oil and found naturally in the human body. It slows the loss of water from the skin by forming a barrier on the skin’s surface. Phenoxyethanol forms part of many natural creams as a preservative, an alternative to parabens.
This base is then blended with geranium, lavender and rosemary essential oils for their balancing, antiseptic and cleansing properties respectively.
The Natural Dry Skin Cream is a unisex everyday moisturiser, suitable for use on irritating dry skin patches.
